THE EEL FARMING TUBE – BORN FROM PROVEN ALGAE TECHNOLOGY

The photos and video you see below are not an eel farm. They show our original algae cultivation system – built in 2005, featured on the cover of Biodiesel Magazine, and demonstrated worldwide (including CNN coverage).

That system used a transparent 1‑meter diameter tube, flatpack zipper closure, and a water‑driven, self‑cleaning sponge. It worked flawlessly – and now in 2026, it is again in production.

Today, we have adapted that same successful technology into an advanced eel hatchery and out‑growing system. The tube diameter is now 30 cm (PE 315) – perfect for eels. Connections and corners are made from HDPE for durability and leak‑free operation. The cleaning, recirculation, and visibility are all improved.

Our patented tube design (35 cm diameter) uses 90% less water than flow‑through systems, cleans itself with a water‑driven sponge, and let you see and inspect your eels at all times.
